Originally from Port Arthur, Texas, Amber Smith-Fontenette brings small-town heart, bold flavor, and a little rebel spirit to every Moodie Lemon experience. With a background in Culinary Arts and 14 years of experience, Amber knows that flavor is more than what tastes good — it’s about balance, memory, mood, and intention.
As a wife, mother, culinary creative, and mental health advocate with a certificate in Mental Health First Aid, Amber pours that same intention into every shake-up. She created The Moodie Lemon to blend fresh fair-style lemonade, real connection, and feel-good energy into a space where people feel refreshed, seen, and free to show up as they are — mood and all.
